Dr. Mimran was the head of the Natural Resources Administration in the Ministry of National Infrastructures and acted as the mining and petroleum commissioner. Dr. Mimran holds a PHD from Leeds University as well as a Master of Structural Geology and Rock Mechanics from the University of London.
Mr Sebag served as the enthusiastic entrepreneur behind the establishment of several successful ventures and projects, prior to this Mr Sebag was involved in the management and implementation of large multi-national humanitarian projects in the middle east and in the foundation of local branches of well-known global companies, Mr Sebag has a strong Marketing and Management background and specializes in Maritime shipping and International Logistics. Mr Sebag is involved since 2008 in the management of Oil and Gas projects, he was appointed as a the CEO of Northwood Exploration in 2011 and is since then responsible for the development of the Israeli Oil Shale Project.
Mr. Dayan is a CPA and a lawyer. Mr. Dayan was the CFO of GeoGlobal Resources Israel Ltd. Prior to this, Mr. Dayan was a controller in General electric Co in Israel. Mr. Dayan holds an LLB in Law from Tel Aviv University and a BA in accounting from Tel Aviv University.
Mrs. Zlotnikov is a Geologist, with over 15 years of experience in management of various projects and geo-environmental surveys. Mrs. Zlotnikov is in charge of environmental issues and regulation relevant to the mine and production facility at Northwood. Mrs. Zlotnikov holds an M.Sc in Geology from the Ben-Gurion University in Beer Sheva. She also has 3 academic years of background in geophysics from the Russian Academy of Oil and Gas in Moscow.
Dr. Bar-Or holds a Ph.D. in environmental microbiology from the Hebrew University. He served as Chief Scientist and Deputy Director General at the Ministry of the Environment. At present he serves as consultant to large industrial firms, government ministries, etc. His expertise is in issues of water and wastewater quality, soil pollution and environmental health.
Mr. Shitrit is an experienced geologist and mining engineer, specializing in geology of phosphate, oil shale, limestone and other materials. He has been managing for 15 years ICL largest phosphate mines in Israel, and the only Oil shale mine in Rotem. Mr. Shitrit holds an M.Sc in Geology and an MBA from Ben Gurion University, and an M.Sc in Mining Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.
Mr Shpigel has experience in planning and managing projects in the field of energy, with an emphasis on the construction of renewable energy and natural gas power stations. In previous positions he specialized in process control (DCS engineering). Mr Shpigel holds B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and M.Sc in Industrial Engineering and Management from Ben-Gurion University.
Mr. Veinstain is a heat and power engineer. Mr. Veinstain has 40 years of experience in various international companies including PAMA. Mr Veinstein is a senior lecturer in thermal systems and processes and an independent consultant for various leading companies. Mr. Veinstain holds an M.Sc from Lvov Polytechnic Institute (Ukraine)
