Mr Sebag is involved since 2008 in the management of Oil and Gas projects, he was appointed as a the CEO of Northwood Exploration in 2011 and is since then responsible for the development of the Israeli Oil Shale Project.

Mrs. Zlotnikov holds an M.Sc in Geology from the Ben-Gurion University in Beer Sheva. She also has 3 academic years of background in geophysics from the Russian Academy of Oil and Gas in Moscow.
Mr. Grossowicz is a senior geologist with more than 40 years experience as a petroleum geologist engaged in many exploration projects in Israel and abroad. He serves as the company's chief geologist from its founding with expertise in exploration and development of petroleum and other resources. Mr. Grossowicz holds a M.Sc. degree in Hydrogeology from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and served as a petroleum geologist for the major part of his professional career.
